B&E was born from a passion for plants. We select the quintessence of food plants for their flavors,

their nutritional contributions and their originalities. The mildness of the iodized climate of the

Bay of Saint-Malo and Mont Saint-Michel, influenced by the Gulf Stream, enhances the aroma of

our spices. Our crops are without fertilizers or chemical treatments. We use the so-called conservation

(or regenerative) agriculture method. This consists of respecting more the riches of the soil so

that the plant flourishes and offers us the best.
